Manicure: Grey Area + ST

My students loved this manicure!  I had been wanting to try out Shine of the Times over a dark base for a while and when I tried out this combination on a nail wheel, I liked the way it looked.  I got tons of compliments!

I started with two coats of Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Grey Area, which is a great winter/fall color or even a sassy office neutral.  Easy application, as always.

Then I applied one coat of Essie Luxe Effects in Shine of the Times.  It completely changed the look of the manicure!  It gave a really fun feel to the whole thing.  I love the way the flakie glitter in ST turns from orange to green, depending on the lighting.  So fun!
